Worst Company I have ever worked for Team is just focused on the errors and mistakes of other team members and what's worse is they brought these mistakes into meetings giving the team members anxiety. They just always focus on the tasks that was not completed by an employee beyond 2 days. Employees are overwhelmed by new processes almost daily if not weekly which will result to burnout. And if employee ask questions in meetings, some team members will just humiliate infront you infront of meetings. Neve apply for this company. WORST EVER!! 3M is a good company but the PH GSC IS VERY TOXIC!!!!
