too much nepotism and brown nosing

Pros

decent pay and benefits. Love the flexible work from home option.

Cons

Many senior leaders are coasting to retirement and not interested in growth or invested in the future of the company. Those leaders play favoritism where the manager's buddy gets all the resources and good projects that ultimately lead to promotion. In my group moral was pretty low due to this type of behavior by the leadership
