Insurance and vacation. Good on fmla and disability benefits

Cons

No advancement unless you are related to, sleeping with or sucking up to management. No bonuses , cheap yearly pay raise, (even though salary gets those perks). No retirement and overall bad management which makes place unsafe and unattractive to work at.
