Flexibility with work Management is supportive and down to earth

Cons

Too big for mergers to be smooth Very clunky work flow - high amounts of admin work for sales focused divisions Medical solutions division set up is not favorable for anyone Benefits are terrible - they change them without telling you Lack of diverse leadership - all leaders are white males
