Cannot remember specifically which one it was, but it was the first question of the interview. IT WAS VERY ODD.
The questions are performance based, they aren't hard you just have to be prepared to discuss in detail what you have done in the past for customers. Example might be: Tell us about a time you had to work with a customer whose needs were difficult to understand? What was the situation, how did you handle it and what steps did you take? Was any follow through necessary?
Numerous questions from several interviewers, in a very interactive interview process where I was encouraged to ask questions and expand on my ideas. I genuinely enjoyed everyone I talked with, and they all seemed quite knowledgeable. One common theme that kept cropping up from virtually all of the interviewers was their "culture" of requiring everyone to be in the office and expecting remote work to end sooner rather than later with little/no flexibility to work remotely once the pandemic restrictions are lifted.
