Also, they bad mouthed the last developer, and asked me a bunch of questions how I would do things better than the last guy. (This too should have been a red flag.)

Nothing Technical asked what I was expecting. Just normal questions based on resume, like what I did in my previous web developer internship, and if I can use their software (CMS) to build and manage the website. Basically the supervisor was looking for confidence in me, and she got it.
