Why are you on the job market?
Do you have any questions for me? I always find this question difficult.
I had to present a specific case on my area - doing a 30 / 45 mns presentation to expose my vision. All was fair and nice. the panel of interviewers were great and transparent.
I think the best way to answer this is it depends on what you bring to the party and where your talent is focused. For me, it was a security problem.

I was asked to list as many web language codes as I could. Aced it! :) I was asked about the web languages I knew. Most of my skill test was designing the website as I wished to. They gave me a blueprint to follow and I customized the website as needed.
