Online assessment questions are situational and you select what you are most likely to do in the situation.
Pertaining to the most difficult or an "unexpected" question, there wasn't one. The interview process was more of a formality then to test or gauge the type of person I was. I am willing to bet 100% of the interviews were like this.
No questions were asked, but if you want to work here, be warned the work is hard and often frustrating.
