mostly structure and algorithms, basically use a hash table well... basically they have a people problem. their coders, which are strong, think the founders are wrong about some tech, but there is no one mature enough to have that discussion. So both sides just talk past each other. The interview has nothing to do with this core problem and is focused on tech/code.
In one session we talked about a real problem, discussed possible solutions, the tradeoffs, approach.
Lots of time consuming tests online. And passing all of them might still end in a rejection without a reason
