There were two rounds for Ed Support Volunteer. In the first round, they asked basic questions about what you know about MAD and why you would like to join MAD. The second round was an assessment of how you teach kids the subject. They give you the material and sometime to prepare and then pretend to be kids in your class.
Was asked standard interview questions. Was also given theoretical scenarios and rated on how I would respond to those situations.
