The most unexpected part of the interview process is the questionnaire that you fill out afterwards. Its about 70 questions with the majority of them focusing on getting high at work and whether or not you find that acceptable. It was unexpected because it made it seem like that was a problem the company faces frequently.

There were no technical questions nor did a HR person interview me. Probably because I was applying as an intern.
