There were very few technical questions; however, they did ask the following: 1) What type of applicant tracking systems have you used? 2) Why did you leave your previous jobs? 3) Tell me about a time you struggled to find a candidate for a client, and what did you do? 4) Tell me about a time you disagreed with a manager? How did you resolve it?

The CEO called me to do a brief phone screen but didn't even have my resume in front of him. I was asked random questions that had nothing to do with my background. When I asked if he had a copy of my resume or LinkedIn profile open he hung up on me. I called back immediately just in case it was an accident. The phone went to voicemail and he never respond to me email about following up. I would avoid working for this company due to the unprofessionalism.
