Questions were mostly around leadership style, service operations, and customer focus
strengths/weaknesses...what would my last boss say about me...time I didn't get along with another coworker. Pretty basic questions, but they were really looking for, can this guy work alone, and lead ppl.
The typical ones. What did you do at X company. The hiring manager did not use the resume to interview. Seemed to want to know about handling certain scenarios. there seemed to be a lot of scare tactics to see if i could or would handle certain situations. Talk about working long hours and handling soup to nuts type of issues from clients. However, when following up I kept getting vague responses that they were still reviewing. The process seems to be a long one and I have disengaged at this point.
