I was asked the interview question that I hate the most: "What would you say is your biggest weakness?" I don't mind answering that question, but I think that it's overused and over prepared for.
There was a test that I was given before my second round of interviews. It enabled me to prepare my answers and proposed solutions.
They wanted me to explain about the design process for the assignment they gave me. It was a mobile app.
What aspect of user-centered design excites you most?
I had a bunch of questions around social media marketing, which wasn't really what I was employed to do, so wasn't difficult more like unexpected.
What are some of your favorite apps and websites that you use often?
How would you approach an internal application for store employees which they could use to design their own Home Depot orange aprons?
I was asked to take a Javascript coding assessment.
