Interviewers ask standard questions ... again there are quality interviewers who will stress test you with real world challenges and scenario based questions.
The information that I was able to extract from employees during the interview seemed to reflect a culture of "we do what senior management tells us to do" rather than a collaborative, creative culture. While that seemed to fit well for the people with whom I interviewed, I left at the end of my interview knowing that the role would not be fulfilling for me.
I was asked to review a short work requisite, given thirty minutes alone to craft a solution, then needed to present this solution in presentation format to the managers afterward.
