I've never worked remotely in my career of 10+ yrs till now. So this was something I was new to and question pertaining to work from home were a little unexpected. Eg: how will I manage to resolve an issue if my reporting manager is away and there's a delivery deadline approaching!

I've never worked remotely in my career of 10+ yrs till now. So this was something I was new to and question pertaining to work from home were a little unexpected. Eg: how will I manage to resolve an issue if my reporting manager is away and there's a delivery deadline approaching!

Given a positive integer n, you can apply one of the following operations: If n is even, replace n with n / 2. If n is odd, replace n with either n + 1 or n - 1. Return the minimum number of operations needed for n to become 1.
