Questions were out of the box and regarded the interviewee's ability to reflect on and discuss their own life. Weren't the type of questions you come prepared to answer.
What did I know about the company and the standard of care expected?
Usual questions, nothing outstanding.. some team members had different vision on the role, compared to hiring manager
