I've come to report someone who is trying to start a competing Discord server that I'm member of. The 2 'originals' servers are : “TheFinalCraft“, “MCHorizons“. A new user didn’t like how we were running things and is maybe copying our servers. Name kinda copy ours, cuz ‘TheFinalCraft’ and ‘El juego FINAL’.
A few scenario questions about what would you do in this situation.

Questions Asked: 1. Tell me about yourself. 2. Why did you decide to recommend keeping Siara’s account deactivated? 3. What other data points would have strengthened your analysis of Siara’s performance? Asked very specific questions about assessing how you would schedule and accommodate contractors “not on the E-Commerce platform” more of a “real life situation at Clipboard”. 4. If Siara is a valuable Sub in other areas, would you have approached this case differently? If she was more qualified and had a stronger skill set, would you still have deactivated her? 5. Questions about how you factor in her school blocks.
Didn't get to interview. Did not pass the take home test.
Explain your reasoning for the case study decision. Explain the conversation you would have with this individual in regards to their account.
Given an example of a situation where a user was banned from the platform and asked to use the data to determine if they should be able to be reactivated.
