They gave each person a scenario e.g. 2 retirees going to NZ, they have a winery tour, renting a holiday house, budget is ___, they are going at this particular time, taking travel insurance, taking virgin. Then you need to talk them throughout the sale, so taking about the benefits of each point i.e. saying Virgin is a good airline, the flight is cheaper is take at this time & so on...You had 1 minute to verbalise your answer in front of the group. Then we had a case study where the client was looking for a particular holiday..so they were saying they wanted flights this particular time, looking for a flight not longer than 11 hours, with Multicultural Festival & requests regarding the hotel, etc. Anyway you had to choose the correct holiday in the booklet (with had quite a few options), with the correct airline, time, location, hotel, etc. You had 15 minutes to complete this task. This was only the 1st stage of the Interviewing process. I didn't get an offer, but afterwards they informed they also do another interview then a personality test.
