One interviewer asked me how I could come up with a spreadsheet or a formula to weigh and mitigate potential risk in a project. Threw me for little bit because it seemed somewhat unrelated to the position.

Interview began with an introduction of me and my background. Standard HR questions, Why do you want to be an instructor with AA etc. Technical questions were scenario based instructor questions. "The difference between a procedure and a technique?" Brief a Jepp approach plate was listed in the task for the interview but I was not asked to do that in the interview.

The questions are the SAME at every level. Extremely childish and unprofessional

Questions on Red Hat products like RHEL, Ansible, OCP. Having RHCE/RHCA is a big bonus.
