What are you willing to do to help us out?
Not specific questions since we were already the current employees of the company but we had a survey about the managers few months later and was supposed to be done once every two years but it did not happen in the second year because of the company was going to move to Mexico.
there were no difficult questions
Most of the questions I was asked were about my knowledge in an area that was not related to the actual position I was hired for, the individual that asked the questions also had very little knowledge of the position I was being hired for so he stayed with what he knew. Luckily I did have experience with both the job I was hired for and the experience they felt confrontable talking about.
how much experience to do you have?
There were no difficult or unexpected questions that i recall. Stright forward and always to the point.
