During the interview the market manager had grabbed random objects from around the office and had each applicant sell one of those items to one of the branch managers who was acting like a customer, I had to sell a stapler. The other objects were a coffee stir stick, a white board marker, a disposable cup from the water cooler, and a highlighter. Although this sounds daunting we all had fun with it and so did the managers, it was mo an exercise of personality.
