The bank is backed up, and customers are waiting in line. When they reach you, they're very upset. How do you handle that?
Wasn't asked very many questions, I was probably overqualified for an entry level teller position, so my job experience pretty much spoke for itself.
You have to do a mock teller role play where you try to sell online banking to the customer. Even if you don't know the services you have, they give you a brief overview of it.
They asked me to sell them a bank product. It was challenging for me because I was not really sales oriented but I did good enough to sell myself, I guess.
