The questions asked during the AAAS interviews were well-considered and appropriate for the role. They focused on both technical expertise and strategic thinking, with an emphasis on how I approach collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational impact. Several questions explored my experience with cross-team collaboration, project/program/people management and aligning resources with long-term goals.
How to solve the interface question. I thought their premise was incorrect but it seemed like they believed you MUST share the same interface.
