At first, Mr. Chad (Vice President, Technology) said that he requested the second interview because he liked my way of thinking in solving the technical assessment questions and he wanted to know more about my skills and qualifications. Then we discussed my school and past experiences, after that Mr. Chad started to ask me a different kind of questions, I call it (HR Questions), it was not technical at all but you have to answer it anyway, the problem is I am a technical guy, ask me technical questions and I will answer you, is it fair to be judged by those kind of questions like what is your weakness or what could you say about your boss if you want to praise him or what is your biggest achievement or How do you see yourself doing this job in the near future? Everyone knows that you just google the answers before the interview and that's it, many technical guys have problems with these kinds of questions, not making eye contact as much as the interviewer needs you to, not to fake answers will be a negative point as well but I am here to answer technical questions because you won't fix a problem by making an eye contact with the monitor in front of you.
