I have noticed they always asked 3 questions. On the telephone interview, they asked: They asked me to introduce myself. Why Apple? What are you passionate about? In the first interview (with multiple small groups) at the store, they asked: What will you bring at Apple? Then asked: Tell me a situation when you have to deal with a difficult customer. Lastly, they asked: Tell me when you excelled at a task. At the 2nd interview (where I was with only 5 people in the Regent Street interview room in the store basement): They asked: Tell me the time when you had to deal with a difficult situation and resolved it. Tell me a time when you had empathy for someone. Finally, They asked: Tell me a time when you fulfilled a task without anyone asking you to do it.
