Ask questions about the team culture and see if it is what you are looking for. Or if you really want to work in customer service. When I asked about team culture, they said they value it a lot, yet didn't seem interested in getting to know me, my interests, or my personality outside what is directly applicable to answering customer feedback. In other words, I felt like they weren't looking for a *co*worker, but a worker.
