Most of the interview was focused on me sharing my professional experience to include my strategy as a technical recruiter and leader. Many of the conversations were open ended, but all of the necessary points were covered. It was very conversational which helped things flow nicely.
Tell me about your work experience?
Ummmm. What are like some tech positions have you like placed before or...? (After I gave a list of c-suite engineering roles). Ummm. What is like something you think ur like good at?
They asked questions about my past experiences.
Say something about yourself?
The questions were pretty standard, which also showed me they didn't really know what they wanted or that the recruiter wasn't very good.
