On last phone interview, they asked whether I have ever disagreed with my boss and how I handled it. That particular day I was very mad - working as a VP of Dev in a startup and we had a non-performing Sales VP - And I thought he should have been fired (he was let go subsequently) and had that discussion in the morning with my COO/boss and it was fresh in my mind.
