How do you think your product should be implemented?
Surprisingly, none of the questions were about prior work experience unless I specifically brought it up. It’s like your prior experience didn’t matter at all. I could tell the interviewers had a question script to choose from. Most of the questions were multiple parts setting up a scenario, ask the candidate what he would do and then twist or limit the scenario and ask the candidate again. A specific question was what’s the first thing you would do to learn about your (assigned) area? And assume that we can’t get you documents but we could set up meetings.
Describe a project where you worked with difficult clients and how you overcame the challenges
Q: Talk about a time where you resolved a conflict,
Round 3: • Project handled and it failed / challenges and fixed • Project prioritization (how handle) • Google maps street view
Round 4: • How do you handle work across global teams • When you are in middle of work and suddenly something comes up how do you handle it • Your team can handle only 60 queries, but you get 100 queries this month how you will handle this situation
