Mostly non-technical process related questions relating to program management. how many projects handled at a time, how do you start a project? how do you work with the team? asked questions about my previous experience; the second interviewer read couple of lines written on my resume and asked to explain about those situations. Nothing that a well prepared candidate cannot answer.
Tell me about a time you were successful on a team.
Mostly behavioral questions along the line of - describe a time when you had a disagreement with a team member; when you had to juggle multiple priorities; when you had to make a last minute decision on a project, etc.
I won't disclose the specifics because I signed NDA. But be prepared for questions that are critical to your role - things such as working under competing priorities, team challenges, high level distributed systems architecture etc.,
