Everyone vigorously asked very detailed questions about program management - not in a conversation mode but almost in an investigation mode - which was great and important although exhausting. However, I was not able to understand why there were zero interviewers who cared to talk about the context of the program; what program was it, the objectives of the program, my network in that field, my view about how can the role be successful, what will I do to achieve the said objectives (the context being the impact of social media and maybe it was true what everyone said that Facebook/Meta did not care about it). When I (the interviewee) decided to ask about how the program will impact Facebook/Meta's business they literally answered that it is good for the company's image - which was kind of contradicting what they were saying.
