The interviews were divided into the following categories(so to say): 0. Screening Round with TA 1. Engineering Acumen - Validating my self awareness of my depth & breadth in tech process, implementations, more of a discussion to understand my experience & skills - challenges I have faced during my TPM experience 2. Product Acumen - worked on a case study around my product growth & engagement understanding - discussed product metrics (in breadth) - discussed Creds product goals and strategy in brief 3. Program/Process Acumen - worked on a case study on Release Train for Microservices in parallel to front end-client releases - my understanding of release-train process and program acumen 4. Hiring Manager - this was a round where I was gauged on my day-to-day functioning i.e. how I operate and make an impact - my strengths - my weaknesses & what am I doing to improve them - expectation settings **In each round, the interviewer introduced his/her role in the organisation, set expectations from the round
Have you managed projects of varying sizes, from small to large? Can you provide examples?
Can't say. Shallow case studies is how I categorize them. Not consulting style. They weren't difficult but rather annoying.
