Then one of the interviewers also did a stress test type of question where I was bombarded with questions, really liked that.
The usual behavioral questions like how did you handle conflict. Not technical at all irrespective of whether the title has the word technical in it.
Pretty much default questions for the PM position. Nothing new or extraordinary, except that MD asked me questions, that should CTO or Tech lead (it is very depending on their needs and product and everything) should be responsible for, such as: if you would have a team of 15 people, where 10 backends and 5 frontends. How many teams it would be and how many team leads would they need. Weird.
Tell me about a time where you encountered push-back from upper management on a feature or project and how did you handle it?
Since this is a technical role, most questions require a somewhat relevant background, mostly product execution and strategy questions. If you have enough industry experience to solve the problem it won't be too hard.
