I was asked what I would do if I had unruly passengers and after I answered, the scenario progressively got worse and I was asked what I would do as the situation continued to worsen and the drunken passengers started to cause more and more commotion.

None. I have a broad background and could easily answer his questions regarding P/L, creating teams for specific tasks, maintaining relationships, and continuing to improve product and client satisfactions.
