The question that threw me was "why do you want to move, how would I handle the colder climate?" Obviously I would have to move as I am located 6 hours south. My reasons for relocating were personal and that was one question I hadn't prepared an answer to. I answered the question on the fly but I stumbled and sounded- dopey.
previous experience that's related to the position what's your strategy for guarding? What would you do if a parent keeps asking you questions and won't let you leave to teach the next class?
I was not prepared to "teach" a painting on the spot.
