There were total of 5 rounds of interview 1st round: HR phone screen - it was about 20 mins - resume review 2nd round: I was sent a technical questionnaire which was 1 hr test. There were logical and reasoning questions. There were a couple of SQL questions as well. 3rd round: Manager interview - 1 hr - Asked about my work experience and projects mentioned in resume. 4th round: This interview was with VP of Engineering. It was also for about an 1 hr. He asked about the SQL questions which I answered in the technical questionnaire in 2nd round. Asked my past work experience as well. 5th round: I was given a advance Excel test. I had to solve couple of questions using Vlookup, index and few other functions.

They ask you basic programming problems and then give you an IQ test. Short, fun questions and the test will take about 30 minutes. The programming questions are easy too, just come a little prepared with general knowledge and they seem to like SQL experience too.
No crazy left-field questions, they wanted to know about my experience, how I would handle certain tough situations, and what my processes would be for solving some challenges.
