There weren't any difficult questions. The management was desperate to bring someone in and was willing to hire me despite my lack of knowledge of production or the fact I hadn't worked in editorial in more than a decade. The interviewer was not a human resource person.
There were not very many difficult questions, and the conversation mostly revolved around personal anecdotes and pleasantries. Technical and experiential qualifications were discussed only briefly.
No difficult questions, just a comfortable professional interview.
