MS Excel "test" - I was given a large data file on Excel on a company laptop without internet connection and given ~25 minutes to manipulate the data and perform different functions in order to answer 6-8 questions, and then create a one slide presentation to present my answers/conclusions. After the time limit was up, the interviewers returned to the room and we walked through my presentation slide, as well as how I came up with my answers and what sorts of functions and techniques I used.

The manager who is called as hiring manager is just a resource allocator, during interview he tries to intact by asking questions but on joining you get to know this Hiring manager, does not know ABC of business, as he is just managing team of 22 people for their leaves and attendance etc. Irony is this man who is responsible for this basic stuff, he is not able to doe that as well.
