Fair questions throughout the process, and a super communicative hiring team with kind folks. I think it'd be great if they issued compensation to candidates for the lengthy take-home assessment (in my experience, that's becoming p commonplace) because it was a major time committment.

This question really stood out to me because it showed that the executives and leaders care about ensuring any potential team member will be happy and see themselves at the company for the long run. It’s a great approach to building a committed and satisfied team.
