I don’t remember many specific questions but I do remember that they were new and different questions. Not same boring ones you get at most places. For instance one was “if I asked your current manager what your weakness are, what would s/he say? I think that’s much better than just asking the interviewee what his/her weaknesses are. And I was able to answer honestly because I had just had a review where my manager specified the things he would like me to improve upon.
