General and basic questions such as my past experiences, why Deloitte, how long I intend to stay in this country (I am an expat), how much I was on, why I wanted to leave my current job, etc. I did not get asked any technical question in this interview (maybe only at the next round if any). The partner really did not ask much but instead encouraged me to ask him questions and we then had many discussions. I asked about what kind of project is being done in the team, the structure of the team, their background, what he enjoyed most working here, what he is looking for in a candidate, what makes people successful in this field, etc.
