Asked about work history, my interest in the job, why I wanted to relocate. Pretty standard free-flowing conversation, rather than reading stock questions off of a list. I asked questions about the culture of this particular office and group.

The people that I interviewed with didn't really ask questions. It seemed like the vetting process happened through resume review and through socials. The interviews were more a time to get to know me and for me to get to know them.
