1st interview - What is LDAP - What is DNS? Their ports ? What protocol do they use? - How do i list hidden files? - What are the diff records in DNS? - Differences - A web server is running slow and I got alerted about it - Firstly, i don't have access to the server. How can I verify the server is up and running? - Secondly, Now you got access to the server and found out that it is short on storage. How would i troubleshoot? - What are inodes? - How do I check it? - What is the diff between top and htop - Also what do they display - How to copy files to a remote system? - What are public and private ips? - What are the different ways to get an IP address? - What is DHCP? What is mac address? How does ARP work? - How to schedule jobs in linux? - Tell me about a time when i had to learn something new in a short period of time? - Was give a log script and asked to print all the unique ips Loop 1st Interview Scripting Question.
