There weren't any funky questions or curve balls. Everything was pretty straightforward regarding the job with a reasonable amount of personality questions (e.g. what do you like to do outside of work). Personality and culture fit are very important to Lithium.
How have you been involved in supporting the establishment and continuous improvement of a QMS?
Speaking about Analytics, how are you going to use the data to change work patterns or triggers for new information related to business needs?
if u r fresher then they will ask basics question from your projects and development background.
Tell me a little about yourself?
The questions were easy almost too easy. Was asked about one of those lame behavioral / brain teaser questions that bear no relevance to an individual ability to do the job. Other questions were more like strategic and planning.
