They provided a power point slide and asked candidates to produce a 20 min electronic presentation on how to solve a specific change management problem. Not about themselves, their skills or attributes. The whole process felt to me that it was one sided, as if the engagement may have been more about gather potential approaches from a range of candidates without any mutual investment or engagement in return. It felt all about the problem, nothing about the candidates experience.
