Questions from the HR rep: 1. Are you currently working? In my case I wasn't - What was reason you left the job? 2. How do you see the job description of the position? I guess she wanted to know how do I find this job related with my own experience (that's how I answered) 3. What is your availability to start? 4. The job is in downtown, is this a problem? 5. The manager will contact you within a week if there is further interest. Question from the hiring manager: 1. Mostly technical questions (I would not get into too details) to check my level of knowledge 2. How do you feel working with team that is junior to you (I guess he meant younger than me)? 3. Do you know of anyone working at Freedom? I had my questions: e.g. why was the position become vacant? (it was a newly created position) how you measure performance? what portion of my time will be on this/that activity (that the hiring manager described earlier in the introduction of the position)?
