It was all done via texting. Very frustrating.
It was mostly about real life experiences and about the job responsibilities.
I was then asked competency questions and to give specific examples of teamwork, customer service, problem-solving, communicating and personal effectiveness. The interview panel were wanting me to use the STAR process of answering the questions.
