They were standard situational questions. Even the tech support questions were very basic. No questions about standard TCP/IP protocols, coaxial vs. fiber optic or anything else of that nature.
GIven hypothetical customer support cases and asked how I would respond to each. Not really surprising considering the nature of the role.
