The calls flowed in a conversational way, so there wasn't a lot of "Tell me about a time when..." or other rapid-fire sort of questioning. We talked about my background and how things are set up at Minoan now - and from that framework, topics that both sides wanted to cover naturally came up.
They seem to be provided a list of questions to choose/read from. A lot of “tell me about a time you...” type of questions. I found some of the questions to be a bit difficult to apply, and it’s harder to have a natural flowing discussion when you’re being read to from a piece of paper.
Standard behavioral questions like give an example of a time when you worked on a project that didn't have an outcome you expected. What would you have done differently.
